DYSFUNCTIONAL ST. LUCIAN GOVERNMENTS

Like the 1979 Odlum-Josie-Louisy SLP government, Stephenson King’s 2006 UWP administration was a dysfunctional government that set the country back 10 to 15 years. So much so that Dr. Kenny Anthony’s 2011 government had to spend most of its term in office correcting the blunders of King’s UWP.

Now as Chastanet’s UWP government continues to unravel, it is coming to light that his administration was even more dysfunctional than that of King, and may have set the country back maybe even more than 15 years.

So, if SLP were to win the 2021 elections, it will once again be burdened with the unenviable task of undoing the misadventures of the UWP government.

How history does repeat itself! I can’t understand why some people say they don’t like history.
